Birth and Death Records

Our Birth and Death Records are from 1893 through 1906. You may obtain copies by calling or sending in a written request to this office. A $4.00 Reasearch fee (per name being reasearched) is required at the time of the request.

Be sure to include:

Your name
a daytime telephone number
the name of the individual you are researching
a date range (within 5 years if you are uncertain of the exact date)
please specify if you are requesting a birth or death record

We will do the research and advise you if the information is available. The cost of a birth record is $4.00 and $3.00 for a death record, You will then need to send us a check or money order along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and we will forward the information to you.
