Reservation Fee: $ 500.00
Reservation forms must be completed at time of reservation and a $200 non
refundable fee must be paid at that time. Four (4) months before the event, the
person renting the facility will owe the remaining balance of $300.00. Failure
to pay the balance due within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit
and the canceling of the reservation, making the date available to the public.
No refund of total rental fee will be given if cancellation is made less than
three (3) months prior to the reservation date. The entire amount of $ 500.00
must be paid in full if there is less than three (3) months before the
reservation date.
Note: $100.00 of the $500.00 will be returned to the person renting the facility
if Lodge is left in good/clean condition and no damage is done.

FESTIVAL
OF TREES
The Annual Festival of Trees
is held at the Bradys Run Park Lodge each Thanksgiving weekend and the weekend
after. This event attracts visitors (over 12,000 each year) from all over the
world to display a winter wonderland of artificially decorated trees...
decorated by local businesses and organizations. The festival includes voting
for the trees, daily entertainment for the young, the old, and the ageless, a
craft gift shop, concession stand and more. And when it's all over, the trees -
fully decorated of course- are auctioned off! All proceeds benefit the Children
& Youth Services Department Valentine Dream Fund. For more information call

FISHING
The lake at Bradys Run Park
and the associated streams are stocked by the
Pennsylvania Fish
Commission . Fish Commission rules, in addition to park regulations must be
adhered to. No Fishing areas are posted.
HORSE
ARENA
The Horse Arena is located in
Bradys Run Park, directly behind the Ice Arena. Reservations can be made
through the Beaver County Recreation and Tourism Department at (724) 770-2060.
Open scheduling is available while weather permits. Organizations which
use the Horse Arena include:

MAPLE
SYRUP FESTIVAL
This annual event, held at
the Bradys Run Park Lodge celebrates the
arrival of the maple syrup from the park trees each
Spring. Each year approximately 30,000 people visit this unique event.
(To handle crowds of this size, complimentary shuttles are provided throughout
the park). The festival is typically held near the end of March or early
April and usually includes tours of the maple syrup-making process, an
All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast, crafts and entertainment. For more
