The Indoor Tennis Courts and Walking Track are a nonmembership public
facility, operating year round. Tennis courts are reserved on the hour. So call
now to set up your court date and "Get in the Game!!!"
Walkers and Joggers are welcome any time.

Registration
When entering the Tennis Facility, please proceed to the Admissions Office to
give our tennis court attendant your name, payment for your court time, and to
find out which court you reserved.
Cancellations
All players must cancel reserved court time 24 hours prior to your scheduled
time. All "no-shows" will be charged for the court hours reserved.
Reservations
Party rentals and special court reservations may be reserved upon request.
Please inquire. Courts are reserved on the hour. The Tennis Facility
will close 1 to 1/2 hour before posted closing time if there are no
reservations.
Non-Smoking
The Recreation Facility is a non-smoking facility.
Courts
The Recreation Facility has 4 indoor two-tone color coated tennis courts backed
by 1/4 inch of plexicushion. The surface is medium pace, while the
cushioned layer provides comfort for less leg and back fatigue.

Due to lessons and scheduled
court times, all tennis players are
encouraged to call ahead and schedule court time. Courts are reserved on the
hour so call now and set up your court date!

COURT
RULES & REGULATIONS: |
- " Please pay for your
court BEFORE you play!!!"

- " No food, drink (water only)
or smoking permitted on the court area."

- " Proper dress attire is
required. Shirts must be worn at all times."
|
- " Tennis shoes are the only
shoes permitted on the court surface."
|
- " Please remain quiet when
walking behind curtained walkway to your court so you do not disturb the play of
the other courts."

- " Please follow the court
clocks. Do not enter the court area before your reserved time. Please allow
players to finish the game in progress."
|
- " PLEASE, no
playing over without consulting the front desk."
|
- " PLEASE, no
hitting tennis balls to damage any part of tennis facility."

LESSONS

- Permanent court time is available
to those players who wish to play with a certain group at specific times and
days on a weekly basis for the entire season.
- The players in each group are
responsible for all designated dates for payments and to cancel any dates that
the courts will not be used.
- Any playing date may be canceled
at the group's discretion with at least a 24 hour notice to the Tennis
Facility. Payment is still required, and a make-up date can be used at the
group's discretion before April 30.
- Any permanent court time that is
canceled or any player that cancels before the end of the season is responsible
for payment of all remaining dates.
- Permanent court time players are
responsible for obtaining their own substitutes. However, when necessary, the
staff at the Tennis Facility will gladly supply names and phone numbers of
substitutes. Regular players are responsible for all payments. It is helpful
to notify the facility in advance with the name of your substitute.
- Weekend permanent court time,
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, may be changed on the weekends to accommodate
various Tournaments and Special Functions.
- ALL PERMANENT COURT TIME MUST BE
PAID IN FULL BEFORE DATE USED.
- Please remember that a contract
for permanent court time is an obligation and agreement with the Tennis
Facility.

required.
Tennis shoes are the only
shoe permitted on the courts. No Black Soled Shoes! If in doubt, check
with the staff.

Please Be Considerate and Responsible
It is often impossible to get
substitutes for contracts. The front desk personnel have a myriad of
duties that cannot include the calling of players for substitution.
Although the staff will gladly supply the names and phone numbers, contacting
substitutes is the responsibility of each group.
