Magisterial District Courts - Judge Tim Finn

Tim Finn , 36-2-02

A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and Western New England College School of Law, Tim Finn succeeded Martin V. Schulte, who presided over District Court 36-2-02 for 18 years.  MDJ Finn was elected to his first term in 2005 and re-elected in 2011.

Prior to his election to the minor judiciary in 2005, MDJ Finn maintained a general law practice in Beaver for 25 years.  He began his legal career in 1979, serving as a law clerk to the Hon. James E. Rowley, who was a member of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County.
