Bradys Run County Park is located on Route 51, two miles north of Beaver, within Brighton and Patterson Townships. This park, the County's largest, consists of nearly 2000 acres.

Brady's Run Park Recreation Facility

Houses the Recreation Department's administrative offices, ice arena, indoor tennis courts and indoor running/walking track.

Ice Arena

The full-size arena is compatible for both hockey and figure skating. Call the Recreation Department for available ice time and for information on the various ice-related programs available at 724-770-2060

Indoor Tennis and Indoor Walking Track

The indoor tennis courts and walking track are a non-membership public facility, operating year 'round. Tennis courts are reserved on the hour. The four indoor, two-toned color coated tennis courts are backed by ¼ inch of plexicushion. The surface is medium pace, while the cushioned layer provides comfort for less leg and back fatigue.

Walkers and joggers are welcome anytime during regular operating hours.

Policies

When entering the Recreation Facility, please proceed to the Admissions Office to give our clerk your name, payment for the court time, and to find out which court you reserved.

• Players must cancel reserved court time 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
• All no-shows will be charged for the court hours reserved.
• Party rentals and special court reservations may be reserved upon request.
• The tennis facility will close 1 to ½ hour prior to closing time if there are no reservations.
• The Recreation Facility is a non-smoking facility.
• Only water is permitted on courts. No food or other beverages, please.
• Proper dress attire is required. Shirts must be worn at all times.
• Tennis shoes are the only shoes permitted on the court surface.
• Please remain quiet when walking behind curtained walkway to your court so you do not disturb the play on the other courts.
• Please follow the court clocks. Do not enter the court area before your reserved time. Please allow players to finish the game in progress.
• Please, no play-over without approval of the Admissions Office.
• No hitting the tennis balls to damage any part of the tennis facility.
• Due to lessons and scheduled court times, all tennis players are encouraged to call ahead and schedule court time.

Permanent Court Time Information

Permanent court time is available to those players who wish to play with a certain group at specific times and days on a weekly basis from October 1st to April 30th.

The players in each group are responsible for all designated dates for payments and to cancel any dates that the courts will not be used.
Any playing date may be canceled at the group's discretion with at least 24 hours notice to the tennis facility.
Weekend permanent court time, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays may be changed on the weekends to accommodate various tournaments and special functions.

Fitness Classes

Lite & Lively/Women Only

 Low Impact Aerobic Exercise for upper and lower body.
 $48 for 6 weeks – two classes per week
 Classes are limited to 20 people on a first-come basis.
 Pre-registration and payment is required.
 Must be 18 years of age and up

Belly Dancing/Women only

 Represents the qualities of poise, grace, stamina and femininity.
 $48 for 6 weeks – two classes per week.
 Classes are limited to 20 people on a first-come basis.

 Must be 18 years of age and up

Capacity to 500 people
The facility provides folding rectangular tables, chairs, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, stove and griddle.
Indoor restrooms
Rental Fee: $500
Daily rental is from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.

Reservation forms must be completed at time of reservation and a $200 non- refundable deposit must be paid at that time. Four (4) months prior to the event, the party renting the facility must pay the remaining balance of $300. Failure to pay the balance at that time may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation.

No refund of rental fee will be given if cancellation is made less than three (3) months prior to the reservation date. The entire amount of $500 must be paid in full if the rental is made less than three (3) months before the reservation date.

Note: $100 of the $500 will be returned to the party if the Lodge is left in good/clean condition and no damage is reported. This inspection and approval will be made by the Department of Public Works following each rental. A refund check for the damage/cleanup deposit will then be issued to the party who rented the Lodge.

The capacity is 300 people. It has a small room with sink and refrigerator.
The facility provides picnic tables, charcoal grills, electricity, and outdoor restroom facilities.

Outdoor Recreation Facility consists of:

• Note: Use of the above facilities is free if not rented.
• Handicap Accessible Fishing Shelter
• Wheel-chair accessible, over-sized parking facilities for wheelchair vans, ramps, lake view (easy access), handicap-accessible restroom facilities nearby, and a children's play area adjacent to the shelter.

Fishing

The Lake at Bradys Run Park and the associated streams are stocked by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission. All PA Fish Commission rules and licenses, in addition to park regulations, must be followed.

Trout Season

The following rules and regulations pertain to the opening day of trout season at the Lake at Bradys Run Park:

• Fisherman will be allowed to set up their campsites beginning at noon, the Friday prior to opening day.
• All campsites must be vacated the following Sunday by dusk.
• Camping will only be permitted at designated areas around the Lake.
• Parking will be permitted only in designated parking areas and lots.
• Parking is not permitted adjacent to the Recreation Facility (Ice Arena) or on any grassy areas not approved for parking.
• Campfires are only permitted in designated areas along the lake. No campfires will be permitted in the vicinity of the Recreation Building or near roadways.
• Fires are not permitted in the parking lots, along roadways, or in the handicap area unless the County places a burn barrel there.
• The cutting of trees for firewood is prohibited. Also, no incendiary devices are permitted to start fires.
• The Beaver County Sheriff's Department patrols the park throughout the season and will be able to assist fisherman with any questions that may arise and to enforce these rules and regulations.

Horse Arena

The Horse Arena is located in Bradys Run Park, adjacent to the Bradys Run Park Recreation Facility. Reservations can be made through the Beaver County Recreation & Tourism Department at 724-770-2060. Open scheduling is available while weather permits. The rental fee is $125 per day and includes the use of Shelters #2 & #3.
