It's a Grand Old Flag
There
are probably few in Beaver County who are not aware of the Flag Plaza located on
the Beaver River in Rochester Borough that was constructed in the spring of 2000
and dedicated on Flag Day, June 14, 2001.
The plaza has received a great deal of media attention as well as
word-of-mouth promotion resulting in a high level of interest among county
residents. Indeed it is a very
special and striking site.
