Acts ll3 and 126 of 2014, recently signed by the Governor, makes changes to the $23.50 Judicial Computer Project/Access to Justice fees. The fee is increased from $23.50 to $35.50 beginning August 1, 2014. The fee increase is for the benefit of the state Judicial system.
The following documents will be affected: Deeds, Decree of Realty and Mortgages will increase to $67.00.
Assignment, Satisfaction and Release of Mortgage, Installment Land Contract and Sales Agreements, Easements, Right of Ways and Leases for a term of more than 30 years will increase to $54.00.

The 2015 Common Level Ratio Factor has been set by the State Tax Equalization Board (STEB) to 3.60. The factor is effective for documents accepted from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. The date of acceptance of a document is rebuttably presumed to be its date of execution, that is, the date specified in the body of the document as the date of the instrument (61 Pa Code Sec. 91.02). *Click on www.state.pa.us for prior year common level ratio values.
LOCAL REALTY TRANSFER TAX FOR ALL BEAVER COUNTY MUNICIPALITIES (1/2%) AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS (1/2%) WILL BE PAID TO THE RECORDER OF DEEDS AS THEIR AGENT, FOR A TOTAL OF 1%.
