Sheriff’s Sales
Sheriff’s Sales are conducted on a monthly basis with sale dates and properties advertised in the Beaver County Times and the Beaver County Legal Journal three times starting 30 days before the date of sale.
The Beaver County Sheriff’s Office uses the M4app system provided by the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Association (an online application that automates some of the Sheriff’s Sale processes) for attorneys who chose to use this system. This does not include all Sheriff’s Sales.
