To purchase a lifetime dog license, you must first have a veterinarian either microchip or tattoo your dog. If you choose to microchip your dog, you need to visit the veterinarian's office first. The veterinarian's office has the necessary forms that need to be completed in order to purchase a lifetime dog license. If you choose to tattoo your dog, you need to visit the Treasurer's Office first. The Treasurer's Office will give you the tattoo number for your dog and the necessary forms to take to the veterinarian to be completed in order to purchase a lifetime dog license.
The fee for a lifetime dog license for a female or male dog is $51.50. The fee for a spayed female or neutered male dog is $31.50. If you are on disability, or if you are 65 and over, the fee for a female or male dog is $31.50 If you are on disability, or if you are 65 and over, the fee for a female spayed of male neutered dog is $21.50.
The application must be signed by the dog owner.
Dog owners moving into Beaver County will need to purchase a Beaver County Dog License from the Treasurer’s Office. A dog license from another county does not transfer and is not valid within Beaver County, PA.
When completed, return the form with the applicable fee(s) and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the County Treasurers Office or mail to:
