Hunting Licenses

In Beaver County, all hunting requires licensure from the Pennsylvania Game Commission. The Pennsylvania Hunting License season runs July 1st through June 30th.

Treasurer's Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

2026-2027 Hunting licenses are available for purchase at Treasurer's office, online (at 8 am) and other  locations.

Important Antlerless Deer License Dates 

Round 1 (Personal limit is 1 tag) 

• June 15 - Pre-qualified round begins for Landowners only
• June 22 - 1st Round Phase (Phase 1) - RESIDENTS are guaranteed one Antlerless Deer License in an WMU
• July 13 - 1st Round Phase (Phase 2) - Residents & Nonresidents 
  • All WMUs with available licenses on First come, First Served basis

Round 2 (Personal limit of 2 tags) Begins for all hunters on July 27

Round 3 (Personal Limit of 3 tags) Begins for all hunters and DMAP Sales on August 10

Round 4 (Personal Limit of 6 tags) Begins for all hunters on August 24

• WMUs 5C and 5D hunters can purchase additional anterless licenses to total up to 15 active licenses in this round

Licenses only available at County Treasurer’s Office include:

• • Permits for Hunters &Trappers with Disabilities. 
  • Armed Forces and Disabled Veterans Anterless licenses (also at PGC offices)
  • Landowner Antlerless Deer License

• At the Treasurer’s office, online at HuntFishPA or at any in-store hunting license issuing agent.

Landowner Antlerless Deer license

• Only available at participating county treasurer locations.
• Resident and Nonresident Landowner Antlerless Deer licenses (one license per qualifying acreage) will be available and go on sale at June 15, 2026

*Personal Limit - Every hunter has the same personal limit; one antlerless deer license per round in the first three rounds. Round 4 a hunter is eligible for UP TO six antlerless deer licenses total.
