Welcome To Domestic Relations

In addition to this site, you may also visit the Pennsylvania state website at www.childsupport.state.pa.us for even more information.

Located on the first floor of the Courthouse, Domestic Relations is the branch of the Court of Common Pleas designated to handle the establishment and enforcement of Court orders relating to spousal and child support. These services are controlled by local, state and federal rules and regulations which are strictly applied in all cases.

When calling our office, please be informed that a professional and courteous Client Service Representative will assist you with all of your questions regarding your case. In the event that further discussion is necessary with your Conference Enforcement Officer (CEO) if a question cannot be answered, you will be transferred to that person if available, or the CEO will return your call.
