Bingo Licenses

Packets of bingo license information are available at the County Treasurer’s Office located at the Beaver County Courthouse. Be sure to bring the entire packet and all additional required information to the County Treasurer’s Office when applying for a license.

Requirements

 Available to eligible non-profit organizations which have been in existence at least one year at the time of application

    • An executive officer or secretary must be present to apply for license
    • License valid for one calendar year from issue
    • Maximum payout for any single calendar day is $4,000
    • May conduct bingo daily

 Annual Bingo License

Materials you must provide:

    • Completed application.
    • Filled out resolution of the organization.
    • Picture of interior of the licensed premises.
    • Sketch of the premises showing exits and restrooms.
    • Copy of deed or written leasing agreement
    • Copy of organization articles of incorporation or charter and by-laws
    • Statement of whom is keeping the written records or the moneys and merchandise collected.

Fee: $100.00 
(Recognized senior citizens’ groups who conduct bingo for their members only shall pay a fee of $50.00 per year.)

3-Day Bingo License

 Materials you must provide:

    • Completed application.
    • Filled out resolution of the organization.
    • Statement of where the Bingo will be held.
    • No pictures needed if the facility is licensed to conduct Bingo.
    • Copy of organization articles of incorporation or charter and by-laws.
    • Statement of whom is keeping the written records or the moneys and merchandise collected.

Fee: $15.00
