Domestic Relations Client Service Department

The Domestic Relations Division of Beaver County has implemented a Client Service Department in order to better serve the public. Because of the vast amount of inquiries coming through this division on a daily basis, the Domestic Relations Division now has four full-time Client Service Representatives who are available to answer questions regarding your case over the telephone.

While your wait may be a few minutes longer in the “holding pattern,” a representative will answer your question once your call is activated in the order in which it was received. If it is necessary to research your inquiry, you will receive a response immediately upon the success of our research.

In the rare event you need to speak with your Conference Enforcement Officer (CEO), your phone call will be transferred to your CEO. Should you get his/her voicemail, please leave the nature of your call and a return phone call, at the earliest convenience, can be expected. In all cases, however, we ask that you permit the Client Service Representative to attempt to assist you first before any call is transferred.

For easy access to your CEO, please feel free to e-mail him/her with vital information or inquiries regarding your case.

You may find these e-mail addresses by clicking here.

Please note that e-mail communication that contains venting, propaganda against the other party, abusive language or any questionable content not deemed appropriate or contain any subject matter other than Domestic Relation Business will not be tolerated.
