Percentage Cash Bail System

In instances in which the court has ordered a defendant to be released on percentage cash bail under the supervision of Pre-Trial Services, under Local Rules of Court, the Clerk of Courts shall retain the sum of 30% of the amount deposited, but in no event less than twenty-five dollars ($25) as administrative costs for the percentage cash bail program. The monies retained shall be considered as earned at the time the bail is executed and the money is deposited by the defendant or the third party surety.
